Join us for 4 days and 3 nights directly on the beach in El Cuyo! Michael Gannon will lead you in a Fire and Ice Weekend of Sweaty Yoga, Powerful Breathwork, Deep Meditations, and Transformational Ice Baths! We will also spend a day in the jungle at an amazing, private cenote.
We will break bread together daily, family style, and have open fire vibes on the beach. El Cuyo fisherman's village is super chill and the beach is divine! Spend time walking on the beach, at sunrise and sunset, ocean kayaking, stand up paddle-boarding, or kite-surfing.
This is a small group, intimate retreat, allowing you to go as deep as you like with Gannon!
